Garnell Boyd got his start in photography will in high school in the late seventies. In 1979 he went into he U. S. Navy as a photographer and was involved in all sorts of shooting and printing during his time in. He’s been in the photography scene in the Bay Area since 1985.

Our Polielettronica LaserLab (“Polie,” for short) is a state of the art silver-halide photographic printer and processor.

It exposes your image onto photo paper and processes it in precisely calibrated chemistry. The richness, sharpness, saturation and depth of this process continues to be unequaled by other printing methods.

You can learn more about the Polie here.

Our marketing director works from Santa Cruz, CA, where he also runs a web design agency. Before “settling down,” Greg traveled the world and chronicled the journey through photographic storytelling. You can view his work here.

Seth Dickerman has been a professional printer since 1978, working with many of the country’s most respected photographers. A highly experienced teacher, Seth has trained many other professional printers.

He has taught at both the UC Berkeley ASUC Art Center and at Pittsburgh Filmmakers, and has led numerous other fine printing workshops.

Seth’s extensive darkroom experience uniquely informs his work with digital materials.
