Color Film Processing (C-41) at Dickerman Prints Photo Lab
Dickerman Prints Photo Lab is proud to announce that beginning this summer we will provide professional-quality color negative film processing services at affordable prices using process C41. Also referred to as CN-16 by Fuji, Kodak’s C-41 has been the primary and most popular film process used by photo labs in the past 50 years.
Our recently acquired Wing-Lynch Model 5 Processor comes to us from our good friends at In Color 2, which sadly has had to close its doors after years of service. However, the professionalism, high standards and flawless quality that In Color 2 clients have come to expect will continue to be offered at Dickerman Prints.
While Dickerman Prints is best known for its fine art digital prints, our roots can be found in the darkroom. In fact, the lab was strictly analog until our late-2007 acquisition of the Polielettronica LaserLab printer. As such, our staff has decades of film processing experience and are excited to once again provide developing services to our clients in all film sizes ranging from 110 to 8×10.
According to Erik Auerbach, owner of In Color 2, “I feel confident that Seth Dickerman will provide the same high quality and standards that we have over the years. Dickerman Prints has all our specifics and I know that he will provide you with the same quality film processing you have come to expect from In Color 2. After all, we processed his film for years and now he will be processing mine!”
We would like to extend a special thank you to Erik of In Color 2 for his support during this transition. We look forward to providing your clients with the same level of service they have come to expect from your lab and wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavors.
